Dear Clients and Friends,

We ask you the client to adhere to these new protocols to keep you safe and us safe too as we reopen to resume seeing clients.

 

1. Clients must wear mask to their appointments.
 

2. Clients are asked to wait in their vehicle, and someone will let you know when it's safe to enter the building for your appointment. Be sure and call us once you've arrived so we can be made aware that you are here for your appointment(s). This will help comply with our social distancing guidelines.
 

3. A diagnosis of COVID-19 in the last 30 days is contraindicated for massage and the client must wait 30 days before scheduling an appointment.
 

4. Anyone feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 immediately should not enter the building and call us immediately at 601-977-8401 and asked to have your appointment(s) rescheduled. 

 

5. Massage Therapists at this time will not perform any facial or hand massage. No Couple Massages will be scheduled at this time. We will inform you once we can begin resuming this service. Walk-In appointments will not be permitted.

 

6. Clients will be asked to either use hand sanitizer or go to the bathroom and wash their hands for at least 20 seconds before going back to their scheduled appointment(s).

7. A member of Halcyon Spa staff will be asking everyone to have their temperature read upon entering. Anyone who has a fever will be asked to reschedule their appointment(s). NO EXCEPTIONS. Additionally, a member of Halcyon Spa staff will ask the client some pre-screening questions about COVID-19 prior to scheduling an appointment(s).  Clients will be asked to sign a COVID-19 waiver statement.

8. Clients are expected to arrive for their scheduled appointment(s) at least 15 - 30 minutes before the actual appointment time. For example, you were told your appointment time is 12:00pm then you should be arriving by 11:45am at the latest. This will you to receive the full length of the scheduled appointment(s), get checked in, temperature read, and payment collected. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) will be asked to reschedule for another day.
